Hello! I'm an oil painter, creating pieces of art from my home studio in Masku, Finland.
Art has been a constant companion throughout my life, ever since I started drawing and painting at a young age. This creative journey is deeply rooted in my family's tradition, as my mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother have all been passionate painters.
Growing up in a small archipelago village of Kustavi, my connection to nature has always been close. The sea and surrounding natural beauty have been a significant part of my life since childhood, profoundly shaping my artistic vision. I strive to capture the beauty and magic of the natural world in each piece, hoping to bring a sense of wonder and joy to those who view my art.
I graduated from the University of Turku in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Folkloristics and Cultural Studies, and minors in Sustainable Development and Comparative Religion. Additionally, I have studied Graphic Design and taken several courses in various creative subjects.
When I'm not in my studio you'll most likely find me in the garden, wandering through a nearby forest, or spending time with my family.
